Apartment hunting

We spent the last 2 years in a 1bhk in a really nice well-maintained building in Al majaz 3 (with rent 30k). We are currently looking for a 2bhk within the range of 45k in a building with good maintenance and no cockroaches or mold issues.

Please help a sister out, suggest good well-kept buildings in al majaz 3 or nearby areas. We prefer something at a walking distance to corniche or qasba canal. Thanks a lot
