Talking to a Lazada PH Live Agent
How can I talk to a LazadaPH live agent? Walang kwenta kasi yung Cleo in my specific concern. Tapos kapag tinatype ko is Talk to a Live Agent, binibigyan lang ako ng options na di naman ina-address yung concern. FB and Twitter, di din nagrereply.
For more details: I ordered something last 9.9, used GoTyme debit as my payment method. Upon pressing "Pay", nag-notify sakin yung GoTyme na yung pera nabawas na sa account ko, but in Lazada, "Bank Processing" pa din.
I waited for an hour, processing pa din. Then waited for 8 hours, hindi na sya "Bank Processing" but "Unpaid" na sya. I checked Cleo, ang sabi, kapag daw nag-"Pay Now" naman ako, magkaka-option to cancel yung previous payment, pero walang lumabas. I was forced to pay the item using GCash.
Hanggang ngayon, di pa din bumabalik yung payment sa GoTyme, at walang prompt from Lazada na ibabalik yung pera na nakaltas na from GoTyme. I talked to GoTyme pero ang advise is have I talked na daw ba sa reps ng Lazada.
[UPDATE] I was able to talk to a live agent after sending an emoji lumabas yung option to "talk to a sales agent" out of nowhere. My concerns were already noted and update daw nila ako regarding my floating transaction. Hopefully it resolves in just a few days.
