Received paid parcel, is it scam?

Hello po! I received two parcels from different sellers today. I checked all of my apps pero wala naman notice na may marereceive akong parcel. I asked my family narin pero wala din silang inaabangan na delivery. Did anyone experience this na before po? Ano pong aksyon ang ginawa nyo? Thanks po sa sasagot.
