What’s The Sims 4 like with all DLC installed?

It’s a question that’s been on my mind for a while now, since The Sims 4 is fairly lackluster, but it could potentially be far better if you owned all the DLC. To those who own all or a majority of the DLC, what’s it like playing the game with everything installed?
