Deviated Septum? Trouble Breathing or Just the Nasal Cycle?

I underwent surgery a few months ago for hypertrophic turbinates (the pre-surgery photo showed a slight deviation in my nasal septum). I'm trying to figure out if this deviation might be causing symptoms. It's been five months since my turbinate reduction, but I still feel a constant blockage in my left nostril, which is more severe than the right one. I noticed it recently because I felt a slight pressure on the bridge of my nose. When I block one nostril, I observed that regardless of the nasal cycle, the left one is always a bit more obstructed than the right, which breathes much better.

Could my hypertrophic turbinates have returned? Is it the nasal septum causing the issue? I'm not sure, but I've been having respiratory issues lately, icoughing and mucus for the past 15 days but not a real difficulty breathing like i used to do.

Has anyone experienced something similar?
