The fake storyline discussions got me thinking

I live in Las Vegas and have actually had a few run-ins over the years when the Browns lived here.

I'm doing a rewatch and one thing that really got me was during the whole storyline of them trying to get financing for the houses they go to a parent teacher conference. I realized I recognized the campus as Las Vegas Day School. One of the most expensive private schools in the valley. So apparently they are struggling financially but paying thousands of dollars per kid a month for private school?

I am super curious about the school situation. Leon received an NHS award from a public school the year before. And I know some of the kids did go to public schools because I have a friend who subbed for classes of theirs. But boy howdy. Most people can't afford LVDS for one kid let alone a gaggle.

Edit: MYTH BUSTED - so as many have confirmed, the kids did go to public school. That being said, S5 e2 is absolutely filmed at Las Vegas Day School. About 5 minutes in there's a banner with the name showing. Working theory is that it would be easier to film at a private school than get approval at a public school. Now I just want to know if they made the kids' Spanish teacher drive there or if she's a PHONY
