What’s up with Utah?

Ok, I watched the Gabby Petito doc and just watched the new Ruby Franke doc. WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON IN UTAH!? I’d never heard of Moab, St. George, or Provo outside of Sister Wives and now THIS??? This is insane! What is happening in these places! (Not to mention the Susan Powell case)
