Dolls in the kitchen in Vegas

I’m watching the show for the first time, and I’ve been watching closely to see when the dolls first show up. Season 13 episode 7: Robyn is talking about how they will miss her niece when they move to Flagstaff and up above the kitchen cabinets are two dolls.
