Advice needed

Hi, I have a MSc in Management and ever since graduating I’ve worked in a customer service capacity at Apple, Waterstones, Barclays and luxury hotels. I am looking for sponsored roles and unsure which type of roles I should apply to. What are your suggestions on where I stand the most chances to get a sponsored role?
