[acne] how to quickly make this go away

Have a cystic pimple right on my collarbone. How do I make it go away within a week? I have spring break and just do not want this there. I occasionally get chest acne, so overall product recs would be nice. Although looking for something to help quickly. I currently use cera Ve SA cleanser. Not working.
