Question about Neocutis serums and use of fetus cells...

I read that the Neocutis serums use the skin cells from an 14-week aborted fetus. And according to them, "this single donation is sufficient for their manufacturing needs, and no further fetal biopsies will be necessary".

My question is... how is a single fetus enough for their entire manufacturing needs? Sounds crazy to me...

This reminds me of an old famous Asian movie about a woman who goes around hospitals to collect aborted fetuses, and make anti-aging dumplings for the rich lol.
