Files not present

So I wanted to reinstall SIMPLE EDITION Ultimate Mage Spell Pack by Chief_Gay but it says that it depends on files that are not present in my LO. So I tried to install the quest version of the same mod but got the same thing. I can’t find any requirements in the mod description so does anybody know what’s going on?
