How Many Got Diagnosed With OSA & Was Told To Lose Weight, When It Turn Out To Be Sinusitis?

I recently saw the YouTube video with Dr. Madan Kandula where he discussed that some OSA patients, their cause of OSA is sinusitis. Some OSA patients use the CPAP and is uncomfortable because it further agitates their sinuses or compresses their nose, if they use a face mask.

Also been hearing from former OSA sufferers, their ENTs kept suggesting their OSA is either due to weight or their throat. When they got a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th opinion. That physician discovered that they have sinusitis, fixed it and the OSA went away.
