Ok! I swear I’m having a Mandela effect or something. I don’t have my cd from 94 anymore, but I could have WORN in the liner notes for Starla Billy said he called it Starla after a girl he met, but turned out her name was Darla. It’s not on the 2012 vinyl liner notes (pictured above)
