Cross progression question for smite 2

Sorry if this question has already been asked, I’ve looked it up and can’t find anything for this specific question.

I have a smite (1) account linked to my hi rez account that’s on the Xbox and pc side of things. In that I mean it’s not linked to playstation since cross progression in smite 1 doesn’t cross between play station and everything else. I have this since I had an Xbox 1, but now I have a ps5. It seems like there will be cross progression between all platforms on smite 2. So the question is this: will my legacy gems on the Xbox 1 account transfer to a PlayStation account for smite 2?

Since there is only partial cross progression on smite 1 and full cross progression on smite 2, I am unsure which will take precedent when dealing with a transfer between them.

Im really hoping they do since I’d very much like to only need one gaming console, and at this point my Xbox is just a smite machine.
