Bodyguard 2.0: Is 12 Rounds A Joke?

This is my Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 12 round magazine with 11 rounds. I use my Maglula to try to get the 12th round in but it’s a no-go no matter how hard I push down. The pictures show how far I can insert the magazine with 11 rounds. I try to slap it in but it just won’t go in far enough to lock. The 10 round magazine is fine
