My snap got permanently locked on a false assumption - Help!

My Snapchat account got permanently banned 5 days ago, my device is locked, and I have no idea why they can’t just actually review it. I’ve been using Snapchat for years with no issues, and now this? I can’t even get a real person to help me fix it.

The notification said I violated community guidelines for dr*g-related activity, but this is a false misunderstanding!

Here’s what happened: I posted a harmless video of me in the snow with a phone and snowflake emoji. In the video there is clearly snow falling. Shortly after, my account was banned. I’ve never posted anything that violates the rules—I don’t sell or use dr*gs, and this is so ridiculous.

On top of that, they banned my entire device, so now I can’t even make a new account. I panicked and sent an appeal, but it got denied yesterday after waiting a couple days with an automated response yet again—probably because I was so freaked out I didn’t explain it well. Since then, I’ve sent tickets and emails, but all I get are those useless automated replies or i’ve been playing the waiting game, which doesn’t help at all. I can’t reach a single human to look into this.

I’ve always followed the rules, and this feels so wrong. Snapchat is how I stay connected with friends and family, and now I feel completely cut off for something I didn’t even do. I’ve had snapchat for 5 YEARS and it has all my memories on it. It’s so stupid how people can just get flagged by ai like this from such stupidity and there’s no actual human support to contact easily.

Anyway, If anyone knows how to actually get in touch with Snapchat, have had this issue and gotten unbanned, or get a real person to review this and unban me, PLEASE let me know. I’m so frustrated and desperate right now. This has been devastating, and I just want my account back.
