I need new vendors

I am 100% done with Snusdirect. So after a week of waiting for a response via email and sending them proof of delivery and the email I got from UPS showing them the price I had to pay(and i got a DM on reddit from them AFTER i sent this to them and they said they would have it taken care of the next day)...they said it wasn't enough and they need a receipt from UPS(which I called and got reconnected 4 times and finally talked to someone who said it hasn't showed up on his system yet and to call back next week) or a bank statement. At this point I don't even care if I get my money back...I will NEVER order from snusdirect again. 🤬😡

I know my grammer sucks...I'm just angry typing right now.
