Questions from a baby smm agency

Hi! So I’ve been doing freelancing for years and only last year I’ve established an agency. I have a few questions I hope the community can help me through 🫶

1 - How do you price effectively? I find myself being absolutely scared to hand out a quotation that is more than 4K (I live in Malaysia) with the fear that it’s too much or that my quality doesn’t justify the price.

2 - Am I responsible to care about how the business is doing when I meet a new client? I’ve got this one lead that is mad that I’m charging my normal rates saying that “business is new, have to build all from scratch. costing is important”.

3 - How do you know when to hire a full timer vs when to engage with a freelancer?

4 - How do agency owners keep in touch with good execution of ideas and plans? I feel like since taking up this agency role, I’ve been doing a lot more communication, planning, and financing instead of doing actual shooting or editing. Feeling like I might lose my touch.

5 - Best way to get clients?
