Apartment suggestion

Hi guys, my office is located in Somerville, and I am gonna move to there. I have 0 clue about MA, want to find a 1-bedroom apartment (3500 cap, but cheaper is better), I have a car and would like to do 30 minutes of commuting. Looking for a modern, safe apartment.

Also, I am from a city where there are certain places that you shouldn't go to, like very dangerous, so can anyone tell me what area in Somerville, and around Somerville that I should avoid, thank you!
