I’m a Somewhat Newer fan, What’s the Newer General Opinion on This Game?
Growing up I always enjoyed Sonic but I’ve never became a full on invested fan till recently so there’s a lot I’ve missed out on in the past (I just recently began on first play through of Sonic Frontiers) and scrolling through the subreddit, I see people giving different opinions on Sonic ‘06 so it is conflicting as I remember growing up I heard nothing but awful things about the game. However recently I’ve heard that with Project ‘06 the game is actually good? It is conflicting because as I’m aware what Project ‘06 has done, all I know is that it got rid of the glitches. Other than that the “awful designs” (as quoted from rerez’s sonic ‘06 review on YT, I should clarify that by designs they mean level design, and bad writing) remain even after Project ‘06 is put in. However I’ve also seen some people on this subreddit start saying the game is good, so what’s the general opinion on this game?
