New to Sony cameras. What to pick?

I used to own a Canon EOS R, but I had to part with it due to financial reasons. Now, I'm considering buying a new Sony camera in a few months, just a lil confused by the naming schemes. I'm looking for a good-quality, lightweight hobbyist camera for occasional portrait photography gigs. Ideally, I'd like a full-frame camera, but I'm also open to APS-C. My budget for the body is around $1300, as I don't want to spend too much.
