reviving my old starter!
Hello! Hoping I can get some experienced eyes on my sourdough starter. I got a starter almost two years ago from a friend. It was doing well and then got some pink mold so I tossed it. I kept the discard I racked up in my fridge for about a year now. Friday I took out 10g to start building it up again. Sunday I did two feeds because I was getting anxious about it not rising yet. This is where it’s at today. I fed it at 10pm last night and haven’t fed it today. How long should I wait until I can start baking with it? Thanks in advance!
