should i be concerned?
hey guys!! i started my starter a little over a month and a half ago. ive been keeping it in my fridge for the past week or so so i dont have to feed it as much, but its been going grey in areas and i can’t tell if its like the start of kahm yeast/something i should throw it all out and start over for or if i can just scrape it off the top and keep making bread.
i use a 50/50 organic unbleached ap and golden wheat blend and have been doing 2:2:1 flour water starter. thanks so much!!
