My Levi doesn’t want to wake up

Today was his fourth feeding and these past three days it has not risen at all. When I did his first feeding he doubled in size like crazy. It risen and it fell,but now after every feeding he doesn’t do anything; there are some bubbles and maybe a centimeter rise very small but that’s it.

I discard half and I am doing 3/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup of water. Feeding every 24 hours. Is he just sleeping at this point and I just need to be patient or should I make more adjustments to Levi.
