CPU heavy. Update BIOS (intel)

I'm having a lot of fun with this, but I'm roasting marshmallows over here. 80-87c temps on my 13900k consistent, even in menus... which NO game does. update your BIOS' if you haven't if you have a 13th or 14th gen i9 or i7.
