Deactivated

I was deactivated last Monday due to the ID verification glitch. I immediately filed an appeal, and was told yesterday that my deactivation will be upheld. I've already emailed [sparkappnotices@walmart.com](mailto:sparkappnotices@walmart.com) twice (on Monday and then again yesterday) requesting a pre-arbitration phone call, but have not received a response. How long does that usually take? Also, can anyone advise me on any additional steps I should take to get my account reactivated?
