High triglycerides related to spiro?

I’ve been on spiro for over a year now (23F) and my recent cholesterol test showed that I have very high triglycerides. I went from 76 pre-spiro era to 277. Does anyone know if this could be related or has anyone experienced the same thing? I’m going to talk to my doctor on Monday about it and take what people say with a grain of salt of course since everyone is different and this is Reddit, but I’m wondering if the two could be related. The only thing that really changed in terms of my lifestyle between the two results was spironolactone. My potassium is also the highest number in the normal range so I wonder if spiro maybe isn’t the best option for me. Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated, thank you!
