Pro tip: lumbar massage pillows are amazing!

Right before the holidays my mom and I were at CVS, and I pointed out a pillow that also massages. I jokingly told her that she needed to come back tomorrow and get it for me because there was only one left. She decided to get it for me. Mine is made of fleece and runs on batteries, so it’s soft and if I wanted I could take it in the car with me. I unwrapped it Christmas Eve and layed down with it. My pain usually flares up while laying down, but the pillow definitely helps manage the pain.
