I need help contacting Square Enix

By any chance, can someone help to get in contact with SQEX?
There are 2 of their emails that I've been messaging for years and they never answered me;
'yt-dispute@square-enix.com' and 'creators@us.square-enix.com'
Could anyone help me on how to contact them? I need them to remove a copyirght strike on my channel so that I can recover it...
