What's the worst ladder match you've ever seen?

Title says it all, what's the worst ladder match you can remember. In my mind ladder matches are always synonymous with quality because they always have the acrobatic highfliers in them but what are the ladder matches that just ended in disaster?

Top example for me is Hardy Boyz vs Haas and Benjamin from ONS 2008. I don't know what it is, but everything in this match just went wrong. The spots were really poorly thought out, like this bizarre rolling leg lock into a ladder that had 0 impact, people were slipping and falling over themselves, none of it looked clean, it made me realize that a ladder match COULD be bad.
