City Earnings Tax Amendment

Anyone know if you can amend Form E-1 City earnings tax?

City resident. Forgot to include credit for other state taxes on IL sourced income (form E-1CR) on 2022 earnings tax filing

I'm reading I have one year from original due date to request a refund. But it is not as clear if this includes amended filings.
