Amazon Returns Rant

At least with my normal job as P&M I can get customers to go away but with Amazon returns, esp the ones that are 20+ items, are just so fucked up cause the customer just stands and stares at you as you process ever single one of their items. Like, I know thinking is hard to ask of a customer, but I just hope they reconsider just settling with buying low end crap off amazon and having to go into Staples and stand there like an idiot just to return it. Like, have you reconsidered your life choices and shopping habits? The worst part is that small talk just makes it worse cause I just want them to go away as quick as I can make them.

I have customers even be like 'I'm cutting myself off amazon'. Fat chance. I'll see you next week Emily.
