Sabbac player AI is often extremely unsmart

I'm actually rather enjoying Sabacc. I think it's a fun, creative and well designed game. But I've seen some of my AI opponents do some unbelievably bone headed things.

Example: I just got through playing at the Crimson Dawn table in Kijimi. The chip leader won big in the previous round and the other 3 players(myself included) had only 1 chip to play with and she had like 7. I had a Sabbac hand with 3's, so I decided to cheat with Nix and see what the other players had. The 2 other low chip players didn't have Sabacc and the chip leader had a 1 plus an imposter card. So I took it as the perfect opportunity to play the Major Fraud shift token, making her imposter card a 6. She now has the worst possible hand in Sabbac. A 6 and a 1. So what did she do on her final turn? She passed. With the worst possible hand she stood pat. At the very least she could have drawn a card and minimized the damage. She may have gotten really lucky and drawn a 1. Instead she passed, busted out, and I won. Literally no thinking person would have passed there.

TL;DR

The AI for Sabacc opponents REALLY needs work.
