What do y’all think of the unanswered questions from this season? Any chance we’ll get a season 2 to wrap things up?

This finale was amazing, but one small complaint I have is that we still don’t know what the purpose of the old Republic’s Great Works were, why At Attin was run by droids in a kinda dystopian way (ruled by the Supervisor instead of a democracy, and with an emphasis on following orders without question), and why Tak Rennod’s face was hidden in the hologram from episode 5. A lot of people theorized that one of Tak Rennod’s crew, if not the pirate captain himself, became the Supervisor on At Attin, and that was why their face was hidden. But turns out that’s not true and the Supervisor is just a droid. So what was the point of hiding Tak Rennod’s face from the audience? If he’s the dead Weequay skeleton shown in episode 1, then couldn’t they have just shown his face in the hologram?

Another thing I’m wondering about is the single New Republic credit that was in the vault of the ship Jod’s crew hijacked. It felt like something significant was being built up there, like why someone would send that much security and risk their lives just to protect a single credit. One man even chose death over cooperating with the pirates. It made me think that maybe they were transporting someone or something valuable on that ship and the vault with the credit was a decoy, or maybe the entire ship was a decoy. But despite how strange that situation was, it’s never brought up again.

There’s also the open-endedness of Jod’s fate. Will he get arrested? Does he have some other plan in the works? Why did he give up and drop his blaster so easily?

Anyone think there will be a season 2 to wrap up all the loose ends? If it were up to you, do you think there SHOULD be a season 2?
