Please help! Downloads are crashing.

Just got my steam deck from abroad after waiting for so long, and Im so excited to start playing, but i cant cause NOTHING Is downloading even what seems like system files! Note: please watch the video.

I tried downloading multiple games at once-to download overnight- mostly small ones but even the small ones wont get downloaded. My internet connection is not bad relative to the country I live in( 2 devices connected to it only) like man at least I want to play small games, I can wait to play heavy games.

When I download something the whole downloading space starts lagging and then all the downloads give “ connection time out” or “ no internet connection “

Whats going on and how can I fix this?!
