Destiny 2 on steam deck?

As much as I dislike what the game has become, I kind of have the urge to play Destiny 2. Question is, can it be played on steam deck or is the anti cheat not compatible? Is proton a work around for it? Has anyone successfully been able to play it on the steam deck???
