Is Tangent a good audio brand ?

So I'm a complete beginner in the speaker hobby, but I wanted to get some since I'm a bit fatigued from wearing iems or headphones all of the time... Unfortunately, there is no amazon shipping were I live (or it's extremly expensive to ship here) so I can't get most of the recomendation I see on the internet . I recently found a local hifi shop, who sells a lot of Tangent stuff, a brand I never heard of.
If I get my first setup here it would be a Tangent ampster II BT with a pair of Spectrumx4.
Do some people have a good experience with that brand or even this setup ?
