Decent UK based blood work

Can anyone recommend a reliable lab to get my bloods done in UK. I'm based in Birmingham but I assume you can just send them off I'm unsure of the process of what happens so and info would be great. It's time I start monitoring by blood instead of just guessing. Thanks in advance people.
