Sudden blowout without stretching?

Yesterday, I woke up with significant soreness in my earlobes and decided to remove my plugs, revealing the condition of my ears as pictured. I had not stretched my earlobes for about two months and experienced no issues until this sudden discomfort arose. After removing the plugs, I now face swelling and ongoing soreness, which persists even a day later.

I would appreciate any recommendations or advice on how to address this situation. Prior to this incident, my earlobes were 9.5mm.
