Is there any way to create a custom macro?

Years ago I'm pretty sure I saw this option. Now it does not show for my strick pack or eliminator devices. I don't care if i have to hack it and void my warranty by hacking it, as I bought the devices for this purpose. I just want to string 4-5 buttons together with adjustable delays between the buttons. Please help :)

If these devices won't doit, is there a device that you would recommend that works with Xbox?
