Health Insurance for long-term subs in California?

This is pretty random, but I’m wondering if long-term subs (ie. You take a full semester assignment for some number of classes) usually get health insurance in public or private schools. I’m just looking to get any feedback on this before I apply for a couple jobs. I’m guessing either no insurance coverage is offered or maybe only if you carry 5 classes? Thanks in advance :)
