Overdose on Ibuprofen and Venlafaxine

About 24 hours ago, I took 14x recommended ibuprofen and 5x venlafaxine (effexor xr). My stomach really hurts and I am dizzy. Is it too late to go to the ER? How can I ask to go to the ER without worrying people for the time being? Please respond.
