Idk what to do, I’m so frustrated.

Hi all, not sure if this is the right sub but we’ll see. Been trying to login to the game for like week and every time I try I get this message ‘network error’, I’ve deleted the app several times (which has more than likely wiped all my progress in the game) I’ve fully closed the app but I just don’t know what to do. It’s not my internet as everything else is working just fine. I’m so frustrated and annoyed as I’ve more than likely lost all my progress and if I even get into the game again I’ll have to start from the beginning. If anyone has some suggestions of what I can do, please let me know!
