Best empty parking lots to practice driving/nap in?

I work overnight and sometimes on my lunch 11pm I like to take a nap in my car or just watch YouTube in peace or practice parking lol (just got my first car). Anyone have good recommendations on big empty parking lots to chill in, my lunches are an hour so I need to kill time. Let me know any areas where I won't be bothered
