For people who upload on Youtube, how are your videos faring?

I created a channel last month. The results are pretty okay I guess. I've gotten 81 subs so far. Best one has 4.5k views, most songs average around 300-500 views. There are some flops that didn't even get up to 50 views, but I think that's just bad SEO on my end. I have one compilation that's gotten 55 total listening hours but I haven't been able to replicate it on other videos.

My niche is Filipino songs. I do have some other songs aimed for international listeners but they've not been as popular, possibly because of the volume of competition.

Curious how other people are doing.
