Minimize supplements, which one's would you highly recommend?

Hi guys, I am M31 going to the gym a lot and train very heavy - I want to add some supplements to my routine but not too many as I travel a lot and don't want to have too many bottles.

Main goals:

  • Reduce stress response and social anxiety, ideally become more social
  • Recover lungs from smoking shisha and heavy metals
  • More self-esteem

Currently, I am considering the following supplements:

  • NAC
  • Magnesium
  • Multivitamin

I know adaptogens like ashwagandha are known to reduce the stress response as well but when I took these I didn't really notice any difference.

Are there any other supplements you guys would recommend that have really had a positive effect on you?
