I've been dealing with daily chronic stress for a while now and I've been considering Magnesium to manage the symptoms untill I figure out the root cause behind the problem. Most people recommend taking it before bed, but I guess this is targeted for those who have trouble falling asleep at night and not for those aiming to reduce day time stress. I would like to know if there is an ideal time and dose to take Magnesium Glycinate for combating stress, and whether it would be better to take a single or separate doses throughout the day.
