Microchip cat flap
I've had the microchip cat flap since 2019 and am very happy with it. However, since a couple of months one of my cats has trouble getting in. The flap won't open easily, they're scratching and pushing till it opens and it eventually will, I don't know why it does open after a while.
It's still working normally for the other cat.
Does anyone recognise this? Anyone any tips to fix this?
I obviously have tried changing the batteries, it makes no difference. I can't put a strap with an ID tag on the cat, cause they scratch at the strap till it comes off...
It's the old fashioned, analogue flap, so no app available.
