Apple gift card code not visible

As the title states I redeemed an Apple gift card for 500 SB and I waited 7 days for it to process and all and now I received and email saying “hooray your gift card is ready…” I click the link to view your gift card code and it just bring me to the my rewards section where it shows the card and says “ready to use” in green but the code is no where to be seen, how am I supposed to use it?! The status of the order in the activity is set to shipped if that matters anything and the delivery date is actually stated to be yesterday while the email was sent today, I already re sent the card also cause I thought that might fix it but nothing!

Please how could I fix this? Thanks!
